Counselling philosophy

I put the client at the centre of all that I do.

I am first and foremost a person-centred counsellor so I am guided by the client and what they need to explore.

As a pluralistically trained counsellor, I actively select the best techniques and strategies from all counselling modalities to best help my clients. I usually find that it is helpful to agree a few aims to work on, which we then review throughout the therapeutic process.
